Nicole Garay is a Marketing Associate at the Independent Institute. She received a B.A. in Politics from the University of San Francisco, where her community leadership was recognized with the university’s Public Service Award. In college, Ms. Garay served as a committee member of the San Francisco Republican Party for four years where she was elected as 1st Vice Chair and State Delegate. She is the recipient of an award from the Republican Jewish Coalition. In her free time, she manages her dog Scooby’s social media presence and his “paw-litical” campaign where he advocates for freedom of bark, limited government, and less baths.
